To go along with my 100 Followers Philosophy Giveaway, I wanted to review one of the products from Philosophy that I started using a few weeks ago- Eternal Grace Firming Body Emulsion. This perfumed body lotion contains ingredients such as olive oil, macadamia nut oil, shea butter, and vitamins E and C to help moisturize and tone your skin. The scent is primarily floral with a hint of citrus, and smells absolutely divine! A 16oz bottle will set you back $34, which is a bit more than I usually spend on lotion, but after trying a sample of this last month, I had to have it!
I was initially drawn to this lotion because of the scent. The other body emulsions (Amazing Grace, Inner Grace, & Unconditional Love) also smell nice, but this one was my absolute favorite. When I use this before going out I get lots of compliments on the way I smell, which is always nice. However, this lotion does have a much stronger fragrance than most, so you don't want to use it in combination with a perfume other than Eternal Grace (see my post, How to Properly Apply Perfume to find out why). Due to the strong scent and the fact that I love my perfumes, I usually apply this lotion in the evening before I go to bed- making it the newest edition to my nightstand. The lotion is nice and light, and absorbs well into the skin.
As for the firming aspect of this body emulsion, I must say that I have been satisfied thus far. While this hasn't given me back the gorgeous gams I had when I was 18, I can definitely see that my legs and thighs look more toned and hydrated. I also like the way it's made my hands look and feel, as they have taken a beating from years of volleyball and general clumsiness. :) All in all, I am definitely a fan of this lotion. I do wish it was a little cheaper, but the fragrance and hydration it provides are certainly above par.

I just went to Philosophy for the first time, and was floored with the amazing smell of the Grace products. I love the, well, philosophy behind the scents, and the fact that they have a shampoo, bubble bath, and shower gel in one! Thanks for the review for this one!
