Keeping Busy

Hello Friends! Since I found out about the loss of my childhood pet this morning, I have been doing my best to stay positive, but it isn't easy. Luckily, I have a lot of friends (both online and in real life) who have been cheering me up. I've also been creating some new items for my Etsy shop to keep my mind off Sneaker. I honestly didn't feel up to being in public today as I was afraid I would spontaneously break out in tears, and I also couldn't focus enough to do anything requiring a ton of brain power, so making jewelry was probably the best option for me. Here are some of the items I recently added to my Etsy store.

Sailor Knot Bracelet
Woven Bracelet Set
Three Strand Chain Necklace
Woven Leather Bracelet
Purple Silk Wrap Bracelet
Orange & Green Silk Wrap Bracelet
Which ones do you like best? Also, don't forget to enter my giveaway for your chance to win your choice of bracelet or necklace from my shop! Thanks again for being such fabulous friends!

  3. I'm so sorry for your loss. I totally understand how pets are part of the family. I am still hurting over the loss of my kitty butt, Frisky, and she passed away last August. I miss her every day. :(

  8. I'm so sorry about this. :( As someone who's never had a pet I can't pretend to totally understand except to imageine that it's devastating and that hopefully each day gets a little easier. Looks like you have some incredible memories over the year.

  9. Thanks, ladies! I am doing better today, but I know it will take a long time to get over his death. As we all know, teenage years are hard on everyone, but he was always there to cheer me up and snuggle with me at night when I was down. I will miss him so much. :(

  16. I am so, so sorry to hear about Sneaker. I am there with you in spirit--we lost our cat Grayce almost two weeks ago and I still cry almost daily. Can't imagine what we'll do without her. Hang in there.
