June Birchbox Review
Hello Lovelies! Tuesday I got my June Birchbox and was super excited to see what goodies lie inside! Last month I was really impressed with the selection and I must say that this month is no different! This month, the theme was travel and the products included are perfect to pack for a summer getaway!
I love how Birchbox includes a card detailing all the products so you know exactly what to expect from each. Also, I love how the samples are wrapped oh so perfectly in pink paper with a black bow.
When I opened the box, I was immediately excited to see the Kiehl's facial moisturizer. It's made for oily skin like mine, so hopefully it will help keep me shine free throughout the day! P.S. This product isn't even on the market yet, so lucky me gets to try it first! I was also excited about trying the Xen-Tan self tanner, as I'm always searching for the perfect one for my fair skin!
After opening the rest of the samples, I was even more excited than before. Not only did I get another fragrance to try and some fun aromatherapy hand towelettes, but I got a FULL SIZE Laura Geller Baked Blush n' Brighten in Honey Dipped! That's right- it's full size and would normally cost $30, but I got it as part of my Birchbox for just $10! Awesome!
So far, I have tried the Xen-Tan self tanner and the Laura Geller Blush (which I wore in my post yesterday). They both gave me a nice, bronzed glow, and the baked blush definitely reminds me of the fabulous Laura Geller Baked Body Frosting, which I reviewed a few weeks ago. I'll be trying out the moisturizer for the first time today, and I think I'll just throw the towelettes in my handbag for on-the-go emergencies. All in all, another great experience with Birchbox! Are you a Birchbox member yet? If so, what did you get in your box this month? I'd love to hear from you!
P.S. My engagement ring is featured on Ring Spotters today, so head on over to their fabulous jewelry blog and check it out!

So, I am so jealous of your Birchbox. Being in Canada, we don't get this service. (I have an american address to ship things to but then I have to drive there, etc). Either way, what fabulous items you got and a full size product, no less.

Fantastic products! I need to get on Birchbox - everyone I know who uses it has had the best experiences and products sent to them!
ReplyDeleteHello!
ReplyDeleteI just came across your blog by doing a search for June Birchbox reviews ~ I love seeing what everyone else gets ~ they're always a little different :)
I got the orange towelettes, perfume & blush/bronzer - same as you. But I also received a bottle of Pangea Organics Toner and a small vile of Oscar Blandi hair serum (probably only enough for one application and I have short hair).
Glad I found your blog & look forward to going through your posts. Love the name too! Love tongue-n-cheek wittiness :D
We got the exact same things for our Birchboxes. Sa-weet. I'm excited to try the Laura Gellar makeup!!!
