Don't Leave Home Without It!

It's always fun to see what people carry in their handbags.  While I sometimes travel light, I usually carry a large bag, so I can bring all my "necessities" with me.  Here are the items I almost never leave home without:

One of my favorite items is Benefit's Celebutante Travel Palette, which unfortunately they discontinued.  This palette includes two lipsticks (Lady's Choice & No Competition), one lip gloss (I'm with the Band), Benetint Lip & Cheek Stain, High Beam Highlighter,  Blush (Dallas), two eyeshadows (Leggy & Dandy Brandy), and brushes.

I also carry some other lip products, including another set of Benefit lip glosses, Softlips Lip Conditioner, and one of my favorite lip plumpers, Lip Fusion "After Hours".  Not only does this plumper actually work (without hurting), but it comes in a super cute glitzy tube as well (just left of the Benefit Palette)!  The other two makeup items I always have on me are Benefit's Eyebright, and Tarte's Lock & Roll 12-hour Creaseless Cream & Powder Shadow Duo in Rose Gold.

I also like to carry blotting sheets in case I get a little shiny towards the end of the day!  Right now I'm using Burt's Bees powdered rice paper sheets, but I use any powdered sheets I can find for cheap!  I also keep a tin of Burt's Bees Hand Salve tucked in my bag, as well a sample vial of perfume.  Right now I'm carrying Bond No. 9 Scent of Peace.

Besides these beauty products, I like to carry some other essential items as well, such as Purell Hand Sanitizer, Renu Rewetting Eye Drops, nail clippers, an emery board, Band-Aids, and of course, a super cute compact mirror I picked up at Nordstrom!
